Prices in the Service are displayed in ILS (₪). Unless stated otherwise on the pricing page, prices do not include VAT; VAT will be added to the charge at the statutory rate.
Payments are processed via Tranzila and the payment providers it supports through its API. Tranzila is PCI-DSS compliant. Full card details are not stored on STYLON servers.
Trial period: New accounts include a 30-day trial period by default. The trial length may vary (longer or shorter) according to the specific offer, coupon, or active promotion. No charge is made during the trial. At the end of the trial: • If a paid plan was selected — it activates automatically and the first charge takes place under the rules below. • If no plan was selected — the account moves to read-only mode: data can be viewed but actions cannot be performed (e.g. creating/approving appointments, managing customers, changing settings). Data is retained and the account can be reactivated at any time by selecting a plan. Recurring billing: • First payment: at the start of a paid plan (at the end of the trial period or when a plan is selected, whichever comes first) • Thereafter: a monthly recurring charge on the same calendar day each month (e.g. if you paid on the 15th, the next charge is on the 15th of the following month) • If the billing day does not exist in a given month (e.g. February 31st), the charge will occur on the last day of that month
Where prices change, users will receive advance notice before the next charge via the contact details on file.
Following a successful charge, a receipt is sent to the user's email or phone, as configured.
If a charge fails: 1. The system will retry daily for 3 days. 2. If the charge has not succeeded within 3 days — the subscription will be suspended and access restricted. 3. The user can renew the subscription at any time by updating payment details and paying again. 4. Account data is retained for one month for renewal; thereafter deleted.

The subscription is a continuous transaction that auto-renews each billing period until cancelled by the user. Upon sign-up you will receive a confirmation that includes the recurring billing terms and how to cancel. You may cancel at any time via the channels listed in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made. Subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Continuous Transaction Regulations — where applicable — the cancellation rights granted by law are preserved. Before an annual renewal (if offered), advance notice will be sent in accordance with applicable law.
If you do not recognise a charge or wish to dispute it, please contact us first at hello@stylon.co or WhatsApp +972-53-3920842 before opening a chargeback with your card issuer. We will attempt to resolve the matter quickly and refund any amount charged in error within 10 business days of confirmation. Opening a chargeback without prior notice may extend handling time and delay the refund.
