This Privacy Policy explains how STYLON LTD ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information in connection with the Service. The Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations apply where relevant.
Account information: name / business name, email, phone, login details. Operational information: appointment details, the business's end-clients (name / phone), notes. Payment information: status and transaction indicators from the payment processor; full card details are processed by the processor and not stored on our servers. Technical information: IP address, logs, usage data, and cookies.

We rely on the following sub-processor categories to operate the Service, subject to confidentiality and data-protection obligations: • Payment processor: Tranzila — transaction processing, transaction management, recurring billing • Cloud hosting and servers — for running the Service and backing up data • Email and SMS messaging — to send confirmations, reminders, receipts, and operational notifications • Aggregate usage analytics and error monitoring — to improve service stability • Authorities — where required by law or court order An up-to-date list of sub-processors is available on request at hello@stylon.co. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect information, in line with the Israeli Data Security Regulations, including network protections and encryption of data in transit over public networks. Our website and portal are served over an encrypted TLS/SSL (HTTPS) connection to protect data in transit. Payments are processed within Tranzila's PCI-DSS environment — full card details are not stored on STYLON servers. Passwords are stored in encrypted form (not in plain text), and access to personal information within the organisation is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
• While the subscription is active — we retain information for service delivery • On suspension due to non-payment: account data is retained for one month for renewal purposes; thereafter deleted • Minimal information may be retained for accounting or legal purposes as required by law
You may contact us with access, correction, or deletion requests to the extent permitted by law at hello@stylon.co. You may also lodge a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Operational messages (receipts, system alerts, billing or payment-failure notifications) are sent as an integral part of the Service. Marketing messages will only be sent in accordance with applicable law and with an opt-out option.
