You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, the Service will remain active until the end of the current billing period and no further charges will apply.
As a rule, after a billing period has begun there is no proportional refund for the days or month already paid, unless required otherwise by law.
If and to the extent that the Israeli Consumer Protection Law applies to the transaction (in a distance sale), the user may have cancellation/restitution rights pursuant to that law and its exceptions, including potential cancellation fees up to the statutory cap.
If a charge was made in error (e.g. due to a malfunction), please contact us immediately. After review and confirmation, we will issue a refund within 10 business days from confirmation.
