Terms of Use – STYLON

1. General

Welcome to STYLON (the "Service"). Use of www.stylon.co and the business management platform is subject to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). Using the Service constitutes your agreement to the Terms, including the Payment Policy, Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and Cookies Policy. The Service is offered in multiple languages (Hebrew, Arabic, English). In any conflict between language versions, the Hebrew version prevails.

3. Eligible Users

The Service is intended primarily for business customers (e.g. hair salons, beauty salons, barber shops, clinics, studios) managing appointments, clients, and staff. The user represents that they are authorised to enter information into the Service and use it for lawful business purposes.

4. Account & User Responsibility

The user is responsible for: • Providing accurate, complete, up-to-date information • Keeping passwords and access credentials confidential • All activity under their account • Notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access

5. What the Service Includes

The Service is a cloud platform for appointment-based businesses, including: client management, staff (specialists) management, calendar and bookings, automated notifications, integrations (e.g. Zoom), reports, business mini-site / web-store, and other operational features.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service (software, design, code, marks, documentation) belong to STYLON LTD or its licensors. The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Copying, reverse engineering, or reselling any portion of the Service is prohibited.

7. Payments & Subscription

Billing is governed by the Payment & Subscription Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy. See /payment-policy and /refund-policy.

8. Availability, Maintenance & Changes

We aim to keep the Service continuously available, but outages, maintenance windows, or downtime may occur. We may update or change features, add or remove components, in our sole discretion and with reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS-IS". To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, lost profits, lost data, or damages arising from use or inability to use the Service. In any event, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts actually paid by the user in the three months preceding the relevant event. Nothing in this section limits or waives any non-waivable rights granted by applicable law, including consumer rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

10. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, prohibited use, non-payment, suspected fraud, or legal requirement. In case of non-payment, the retention and deletion mechanism described in the Payment Policy applies.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of the Haifa District.

12. Platform Role

Stylon provides a technology platform that connects businesses, specialists, and end-clients. We are not responsible for the relationship between a business and its end-clients. Any agreement, dispute, or interaction between such parties is solely between them.

13. Appointment Rules

Appointments follow a defined state machine: PENDING, APPROVED, REJECTED, CANCELLED, COMPLETED. Allowed transitions and timing limitations are shown in the product and may be configured by the business or by Stylon (cancellation windows, cut-off times, etc.).

14. Membership Packages

Each subscription plan has its own limits and features (number of specialists, gallery, support tier, reporting, integrations, etc.). Use is subject to the limits of the current plan as shown in Membership.

15. Specialist Role Limitations

Specialists have access only to their own appointments, profile, and assigned services. A specialist cannot manage other specialists, edit the business profile, access subscription/payment settings, or change general business settings. The business owner retains full control.
