Zoom Integration

Connect your Zoom account to Stylon to automatically generate meeting links for online appointments.

Adding the Integration

Follow these steps to connect Stylon with your Zoom account:

  1. Sign in to your Stylon business portal at portal.stylon.co.
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect Zoom.
  3. You will be redirected to Zoom's authorization page. Sign in with your Zoom account if prompted.
  4. Review the requested permissions and click Allow.
  5. You will be redirected back to Stylon. The integration is now active.

What the Integration Does

Once connected, the Stylon–Zoom integration enables the following features:

  • Automatically creates a Zoom meeting link when an online appointment is booked.
  • Clients receive the Zoom meeting link in their booking confirmation and reminder messages.
  • Meeting links are visible to both the specialist and the client from the appointment details screen.
  • Cancelled or rejected appointments automatically cancel the associated Zoom meeting.
  • All meetings are linked to your authenticated Zoom account — no manual setup needed per appointment.

Removing the Integration

To disconnect Stylon from your Zoom account:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations in your Stylon portal.
  2. Click Disconnect next to the Zoom integration.
  3. Confirm the disconnection. The integration will be removed immediately.

After disconnecting, future appointments will no longer generate Zoom meeting links. Existing links from previously booked appointments may still be valid on Zoom's side until they expire. Your appointment data in Stylon is not affected.
