Can a discount code have an expiry date?

Yes. When creating a discount you can set a start and end date — the code will not be accepted outside that range.

Can I apply a discount manually on a specific appointment?

Yes. On any appointment form, open the Discount field and select an existing code or enter a custom percentage.

What discount types are supported?

Both percentage-based (e.g. 20% off) and fixed-amount discounts (e.g. ₪30 off) are supported.

Create a campaign

Campaigns page → tap '+' → enter a name, choose discount type (% off or fixed amount), and set the value

Set a campaign date range

Campaign form → set Start Date and End Date → the campaign is only active during that period

Limit per-customer usage

Campaign form → set 'Max uses per customer' to limit how many times each client can benefit

Target specific services

Campaign form → Target → choose All Services, Specific Services, Packages, or Mixed to apply the discount selectively

Review campaign performance

Campaigns page → tap any campaign to view its usage stats and how it has performed
