How to Use: Ratings & Reviews
Settings → Ratings & reviews → toggle "Enable appointment ratings" ON — clients can now rate their visit after a completed appointment
Settings → Ratings & reviews → toggle "Show ratings on my public page" ON to display your star rating and a reviews section on your booking page (leave OFF to keep reviews private)
Open a client or appointment to view the star rating, written review, and any photos the client attached
Open a review → tap "Reply" → write your response and save — great for thanking clients or addressing feedback
With public ratings on, your best reviews and overall star rating appear on your public booking page, helping new clients choose you with confidence
