Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a hidden service and a regular service?

A hidden service does not appear on your public booking page — only you and your team can create appointments for it from the portal. Regular services are visible to clients for self-booking.

What does 'Emergency' do for a service?

An Emergency service displays a prominent 'Book Now' button on your public page. Clients can use it to request an immediate or urgent appointment outside the normal scheduling flow.

Can a service be offered both in-person and via Zoom?

Yes. Each service can have multiple meeting locations selected simultaneously. When booking, clients will be able to choose their preferred format (in-person or Zoom).

How to Use: Services & Packages

Create a category

Services & Packages page → Categories & Services tab → tap '+ Add Category' → enter a name to group your services

Add a service

Services → tap '+ Add Service' → fill in name, category, duration (minutes), and price

Set pricing mode

Service form → toggle 'Hide price from customers' to show only 'Price on request', or set 'Starting from price' for flexible quotes

Control service visibility

Service form → toggle 'Hidden from customers (staff portal only)' ON to hide this service from clients while keeping it available for staff booking

Enable Emergency booking

Advanced Options → toggle 'Emergency' ON — adds a 'Book Now' button on your public page for urgent appointments

Set meeting location

Advanced Options → select 'In Person', 'Zoom', or both — clients pick their preferred format when booking

Create a package

Services → Packages tab → tap '+ Add Package' → enter name, price, duration, optional image, and select 2 or more services to bundle
