Which notifications are sent to clients automatically?

Booking confirmation, appointment reminder (before the appointment), and cancellation notice are sent automatically when enabled in Settings.

Can I customize the message clients receive?

Yes. In Settings → Notifications you can edit the SMS/WhatsApp template text for confirmations and reminders.

Can I receive alerts as the business owner?

Yes. In Settings → My Notifications choose which events trigger alerts to you — new bookings, cancellations, or status changes.

Enable booking confirmation notifications
