When does a client pay — before or after the appointment?

Both options are supported. You can collect payment at checkout after the appointment, or configure a deposit/prepayment for new bookings.

Can I see a revenue summary?

Yes. The Insights section shows revenue by day, week, or month — along with top services, specialists, and payment breakdowns.

What currencies are supported?

The system supports local currency. For Israeli businesses, prices and payments are displayed in ₪ (ILS).

Set service prices

Services → select a service → edit the Price field → enter the amount and save

Control price visibility

Services → edit a service → Price Visibility → choose Shown, Hidden, or "Starts From"

View payment details on an appointment

Appointments → open an appointment → view the service price, payment status, and any notes added during booking

Set a starting-from price

Services → edit a service → toggle 'Starting from price' ON → clients see the base price with the option to discuss final pricing

View revenue reports

Insights tab → select a date range → view total revenue, top services, and specialist performance
