Business owners control everything. Specialists manage their own world. Two roles, clear boundaries, zero overlap.

How It Works

The business owner has full admin access — settings, team, customers, plans, analytics, and more

Each specialist gets their own login and manages only their calendar, appointments, and profile

No role confusion — specialists can't touch business settings, owner's data, or other specialists' info

Owner: manage all specialists, customers, services, packages, and discounts

Owner: control business settings, behavior, integrations (Zoom), and Smart Reminders

Owner: full insights and analytics across the entire business

Specialist: manage their own calendar, appointments, working hours, and profile

Specialist: view their own clients' details for their appointments

Specialist: cannot access business settings, payment data, or other team members' calendars

Can a specialist approve or reject their own appointment requests?

Yes. Specialists can approve, reject, and manage their own appointments — just like the owner, but scoped to their calendar only.

Can the owner see all specialists' appointments?

Yes. The owner's calendar and appointments list shows all team members' appointments. They can filter by specialist.

How does a specialist log in?

Each specialist receives their own login credentials. They log in at portal.stylon.co and see only their scope.

Add a specialist user

Specialists → '+' → enter name and phone → assign role 'Specialist' → Save

Set what services the specialist can offer

Specialists → select specialist → Services tab → toggle services ON/OFF for that specialist

Set specialist working hours

Specialists → select specialist → Working Hours → configure their personal weekly availability

Log in as a specialist

Specialists → select specialist → view their upcoming appointments and weekly schedule overview

Owner: switch between specialist views

Specialists → select specialist → edit their name, phone, profile photo, or assigned services
