Anatomy is recorded, not described
"Filler, cheeks, 2ml" in a note cannot be reviewed, compared or planned from. Recording it against the region — with units, photographs and the consent that covered it — makes a six-month review a thirty-second job instead of an afternoon.
The maps never mirror
Stylon runs in Hebrew and Arabic and the interface flips right-to-left. The facial and body maps do not, and their region names say "patient right". The viewer's left is the patient's right in every language, exactly as in the chair.
